The Ginga Brazil Cultural Association will be promoting capoeira (a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music) related activities at Supertubos beach on the 20th of October where the 10th round of the WCT 2015 surf championship is taking place. You can find them next to the Peniche Municipality stand from 9:30 a.m..

The Ginga Brazil Association was founded in 1992 in Brazil, its headquarters are in Lisbon and they also have branches in Peniche, Aveiro, São João da Madeira and at an European level in Estonia and France. Its main goal is to promote social inclusion, equal opportunities, intercultural learning, European citizenship and sustainable development through non-formal and informal education of children and youth.
To achieve its goals the Association employs capoeira, music, dance and outdoor activities. It pays special attention to effective project management and organizational development in order to keep up with the political, economic and socio-cultural changes.
